Legal Advisor

A global tech manufacturer is looking for a Legal Advisor to join their team on an initial 6 month fixed term contract based in South West London. This role ideally is with a view to go permanent and is paying a base salary of £50k + a 20% contract completion bonus.

You will be responsible for:

- drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including distribution agreements, terms and conditions and service agreements.

- reviewing purchase and supply contracts

- provide legal support for advertising and promotions

- advising on IP matters

- GDPR and data privacy advice

To be considered for this role you will be a qualified lawyer with previous experience in a similar role focused on commercial contracts and related advice.
