A successful charity with offices in the City of London is seeking a mid to senior-level employment lawyer to join their in-house team as legal counsel for a 9-month contract.
Responsibilities of your new role
As legal counsel you will have duties including:
- Managing a diverse legal case load.
- Leading the organisation on legal and regulatory compliance matters.
- Employment law matters.
- Managing and organising external counsel.
- Supporting the governance strategy.
- Undertaking specific corporate projects.
Candidate profile
The charity is looking to appoint a legal counsel who can demonstrate:
- Fully qualified mid to senior level lawyer.
- At least 4 years of PQE gained at a top city firm or in-house team.
- Extensive experience in employment law.
