C2365 Defendant In-house Motor Solicitor - Manchester

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive  from the Legal or Insurance Sector to join this well established Specialist Insurance Litigation Practice and progress your career.  You will have at least six months’ experience of working in the Legal or Insurance environment pro-actively handling technical and complex Third Party RTA injury cases, both pre and post litigation including complex liability disputes.  You will be accustomed to working in an efficient and effective manner within agreed authority levels on an “enabling” Case Management system, regularly using damages awards research tools.  With a commercial attitude and excellent communication skills, you will be encouraged to take a pro-active, results oriented approach to claims, having a proven ability to make decisions on legal liability and assess damages with limited direct supervision.
