Customer Services Adviser

We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Adviser to join a law firm in Cheadle.
The Customer Services Adviser role will be supporting the firms Insured Services team.
Duties Include;
- Data input
- Answering all inbound telephone calls
- Ensuring that all call backs are followed up
- Drafting letter and emails
- General administration
Person Specification
Computer literate with accurate typing
Competent use of Microsoft Office
GCSE’s including English and Maths
Previous experience within a customer service, insurance or call centre environment
