Our client is a global law firm that seeks to recruit a lawyer into its Corporate Real Estate practice for three months initially.
Joining a corporate team which is embedded within the firm's real estate team the successful candidate will advise on some of the most complex real estate transactions currently taking place. The team acts for listed vehicles, private equity funds, institutional investors, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, banks and high net worth individuals on corporate real estate transactions including joint ventures, structured investment, acquisitions & disposals and restructurings.
An experienced (3+ PQE) lawyer with solid City experienced is sought, initially for a three month period which is likely to be extended. Applications are sought from real estate lawyers with a strength in corporate real estate or corporate lawyers who have advised real estate clients.
