Compliance Manager sought for a Legal 500 firm in London.
Our client is currently looking to recruit a Compliance Manager to join their busy office in the heart of London. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and reporting to the COLP whilst working alongside the senior management.
Responsibilities
• Developing new policies and procedures
• SRA compliance
• Advising on technical compliance issues
• Anti-money laundering regulations
• Reviewing the firm’s risk register
• Risk management
• Data protection
• All relevant legislation
The Candidate
• Applications are welcome from qualified solicitors or compliance/office managers with substantial experience in compliance matters
• Consistently strong academic record with postgraduate qualifications in compliance is advantageous
• Knowledge of all SRA compliance matters
• Experience of preparing recommendations and reports is advantageous
• Work efficiently as part of a team and individually under own initiative
