Full time- Monday to Friday

Up to £24,000 dependant on experience

Interlink Recruitment are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Catastrophic Loss team in a top Manchester City Centre Law firm.

This role would be ideal for someone with Legal secretarial experience who enjoys all aspects of secretarial duties and is confident to support and work with a successful team.

Role Overview:

  • Answering calls
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Billing
  • Managing databases
  • Filing and processing documents
  • Any other secretarial duties as required

Person Specification:

  • Previous Legal Secretarial experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to be proactive
  • Use initiation
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Highly organised

This role would suit a candidate who is flexible and able to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
