The Role: Dual- Qualified Lawyer

Salary: £80,000- £100,000 per annum

Times Of Work: 8:30am- 6:30pm

Requirements: Need an investment management background and at least 2 years in- house experience

Our client is a specialist boutique law firm that deal with commercial contracts, investment management and provides expert advice in relation to financial services to a remarkable global client base.

To be successful in this role, you will need well rounded knowledge on at least three of the following:

- UCTIS and AIFs

- Investment management agreements

- Trading documentation

- Custody

- Administration

- Private equity funds

- Hedge funds

- Real estate funds

What the role entails:

Working within the team to assist with all aspects of our advisory services and

courses, including without limitation:

- investment management/advisory agreements

- distribution agreements

- custody agreements

- administration agreements

- placing agreement

- transactional documentation (LPAs, SPAs, APAs etc)

- UCTIS and AIFs

- private equity funds

- hedge funds

- real estate funds

- commercial contracts

- legal research

- writing legal articles
