- Shareholder and director matters
- Commercial property including leases and business sales and purchases
- Developments and plot sales
- Achieving firm-set billing targets
- Participation in business development activities for the department and firm as a whole
- Keeping up to date with developments in your field
The Candidate
- Applications will be considered from qualified solicitors with over 10 years PQE in corporate matters
- Technically proficient and commercially aware
- Possesses additional experience in commercial property
- Works well when under pressure to meet tight deadlines
