Interim Legal Counsel

Venn group's specialist Legal recruitment team are excited to be recruiting for an Interim Legal Counsel to join the In house Legal Team, based in East Midlands.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with previous experience specialising in Commercial Law. You will ideally have experience working as an In-house Solicitor, although candidates with relevant experience in the public or private sectors will be considered.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing timely and commercial legal advice on a wide range of issues including commercial disputes and intellectual property matters
• Negotiating and drafting a wide range of complex and high value commercial contracts
• Providing advice on supply, distribution and manufacturing to key stake holders
• Dealing with data protection and low level litigation matters when required

An attractive daily rate of £300-450 is on offer, dependant on experience.
