We are working with a leading City based firm who are looking to hire a corporate paralegal. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly enthusiastic individual to provide assistance to a highly reputable funds team. You will prepare and assist with drafting documentation relating to the groups’ portfolio of companies.
Candidates will have gained a law degree and LPC and will possess experience of working in a corporate based paralegal role. Client interaction is a key part of this requirement therefore first class communication skills are paramount.
