This Corporate Bank, is currently looking to appoint a regulatory lawyer to join their well-established Legal Department.
Reporting into the Deputy Head of Legal and working closely with other senior lawyers you will advise on a broad range of regulatory matters with a particular focus on lending, trade finance and treasury projects across Europe and the wider EMEA region.
You will have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience with a good grounding in financial services law and regulations, including MIFIDII and EMIR.
Additionally you will have a willingness to engage in topics such as GDPR, SFTR and the consequences of Brexit. The ability to work as part of a team in a mutually supportive manner is essential for this role.
