We are currently working with a US firm, small in size in London, but very much in growth mode. The Employment team has a close-team feel in London and offers the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Employment.

This Partner has a strong reputation in the market and works on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters. There is also the opportunity to work on Senior Executive matters.

The team works with clients across a number of sectors, including financial services and the luxury retail industries.

Personality is key for this client, as the team works closely together and they cultivate an enjoyable working culture internally. Many ex-Magic Circle and US Associates have joined this client, for the genuine balance of quality work and an enjoyable culture internally.

This client is very much in growth mode and there is the genuine opportunity for career progression.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

• A strong academic record
• Experience of working with clients in the financial services sector. Experience with asset managers and/or foreign banks would be advantageous
• 3-5 years PQE
• Experience obtained within a leading UK or International firm
