Commercial Solicitor

Badenoch & Clark is looking to recruit a Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded niche firm, based in the Oxford area. This is a great opportunity to work with national client. This is an opportunity to join this exciting Commercial team that only deals with high quality work, due to the high standards that are set by the firm and department.

THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will work as part of this Legal 500 Firm, as a Solicitor in the very successful Commercial team. The Commercial team handles a wide range of work, particularly in the Technology sector. The work includes dealing with advice around drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, network agreements, e-commerce, GDPR, IP, privacy, trademarks and other cyber related work.

THE CANDIDATE:

The right candidate will have relevant experience in Commercial law, with between 2-10 years PQE although, outstanding candidates with less experience will also be considered. You should have the ability to deliver excellent client care and services, with the client at the forefront of everything you do; with the ability to deal with a workload independently and with a team; candidates with experience dealing with Technology cases are preferred.
