Our client is a regional conveyancing firm in Derby.
Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supports Fee Earner to manage case load
- Deals with majority of sales files under supervision of Fee Earner
- Assists Fee Earner to progress purchase files on a delegated basis.
- Deals with setting files up for completion
- Active client / agent / work provider contact to deal with queries and provide updates.
- Assists Fee Earner to ensure compliance with internal and external SLAs / requirements
Profile
The successful candidate will:
*Have 12 months conveyancing experience
*Be able to work on your own initiative
*Good telephone manner
*Be able to prioritise work efficiently
