Is a fantastically funded multi billion pound organisation tasked with building one of the major infrastructure projects in London.

Your new role

The main focus of this role is corporate finance, which the right candidate will provide legal advice in relation to the group's £2bn financing programme - a mixture of London Stock Exchange listed bonds and bank debt. Responsible for advising on legal regulatory and commercial issues whilst also providing legal input into property issues, planning, and consents compliance.


What you'll need to succeed

A qualified UK solicitor with ideally 5+PQE but will consider applications outside this bracket.
Experience of both project or structured finance and of construction law (NEC contracting) is highly desirable
