About the Role

This busy Birmingham Banking team are instructed on a wide range of transactions and the successful candidate will predominantly provide advice on corporate, acquisition finance and real estate finance transactions.

You will act for a range of borrowers and funders regionally, nationally and internationally.
Clients range from UK clearing banks, European and investment banks, independent financiers and investment funds.
On the borrower side you will work with listed companies to small enterprises, on their financings.

About you

*This company is looking for a Banking NQ+ who can demonstrate some banking experience and is keen to learn.
*My client will also consider candidates who have completed a Restructuring and Insolvency seat.
*In turn, you will be offered the support required to help you develop your experience and progress your career.
*You will be a qualified solicitor (UK or overseas equivalent) and it is anticipated that you will have a minimum of one seat in banking during your contract but this does not preclude someone with more or less qualified experience from applying for the role.

You will be a team player with a strong client focused approach and excellent communication and organisational skills. A willingness to work across a variety of the banking specialisms, and with a number of different partners, is a must.
