You will need to have gained five or more years experience of conducting or supporting the conduct of catastrophic injury cases within a high-quality personal injury practice. You will possess a good knowledge of the various funding mechanisms for high-value cases and as well as having a high standard of client care. Additionally, you will have a sensible, commercial approach to the conduct of the cases you are working on to maximise inter partes fee recovery.
The remuneration available is at the very top of the market and the firm has a strong track record of internal promotion in this sector. Candidates who are able to demonstrate effective engagement in business development are of particular interest.
