Badenoch & Clark are currently working with a highly successful organisation in the Crawley area to recruit a BI Analyst.
This role will be needed to provide support to the finance team and ensuring customers are invoiced correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist with maintenance of the firm structure in PeopleSoft including:
-Maintenance and updating of trees in FMS
-Set up and definition of new departments and tree nodes following any structural changes.
-Bulk changes to charge out rates
*Assist with development of new reporting capabilities following the planned upgrade/replacement of the existing ERP system and implementation of a new BI tool.
*Review and maintain documentation of processes and reports.
*Review financial reports for the business relating to KPIs, debt and other financials.
*Provide high quality support to the business and respond to queries in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
*Identify and drive key improvements to processes and reporting.
*Contribute ideas to the long term planning of reporting across the business.
*Build relationships throughout Finance and with key contacts in HR, IT and across the business.
