Head of Residential Conveyancing

Exciting opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Residential Conveyancing Legal Executive to join expanding residential conveyancing practice as Head of Department.

This national player, with a strong market presence in residential conveyancing and a well-known name within the industry, is looking to bring in a key member of staff to head up a new sale and purchase department based in Hull.
This is a pivotal role in the growing business and would suit someone ideally with supervisory or management experience looking to play a fundamental part in the growth of this team.

It is essential that are a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with upwards of 5 years post qualification experience.

Your role will include dealing with any complex issues on the transactions within the team plus managing client relationships.

You will also play a key role in managing the team's performance and will provide overseeing support to the team in regards to all aspects of residential conveyancing.
