Job Title: Marketing Co-ordinator / Marketing Executive

Salary: £28,000 + Negotiable

Location: Central London

Prestigious London law firm are looking for a dynamic graduate to join their busy team and assist the Marketing and BD Consultant to support the firm in developing and implementing structured and planned approaches across the full range of marketing and BD activities including: drafting copy; event management; targeting and cross-selling; client relationship management; deal tracking; client/sector analysis; and evaluation and reporting. The role will have a focus on digital marketing and CRM.

The role includes;

• Maintaining the client relationship management (CRM) database, contact management as well as CRM reporting and dealing with queries from other users
• Creating and sending invitations, newsletters, legal alerts to clients and contacts via the CRM system
• Website amends:- CV’s/Photos, Logo changes, General management of the website content
• Website uploads / document creations:- Press release, Newsletters, Legal alerts, Recent deals, Fee earner publications, Events
• Updating the firm’s social media presence and monitoring it for client activity

You must be a graduate (a marketing / BD degree would be highly beneficial but not essential) with previous marketing experience in a professional services environment.
