Corporate Associate (Mid to Senior Associate -Level) -

A rare high quality opportunity for a Solicitor with experience in the Corporate field to join a leading and prestigious international City law firm, working with some fascinating global clients.

This is a major global firm with a very well respected London team, leading in fields such as energy, financial services, life sciences, natural resources, infrastructure, construction & engineering, real estate and technology.

You will need to have a minimum of five years upwards to Senior Associate level of high quality PQE at a respected City firm in Corporate matters including M&A, private equity transactions, corporate, IP/IT, cross-border planning and investment and real estate transactions. Experience of fundraising and investment structures, including FSMA aspects, joint venture, investment, and shareholder agreements would be a bonus here.

You should have the ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with national and multi-national Clients as well as providing support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere.

You need to be a driven individual who is also a good team member and able to maintain the very high standards of this high ranking firm. There are real progression prospects and an extremely attractive salary and bonus package on offer here as befits the quality of this firm.
