This growing legal team are looking for a fully bi-lingual (Arabic/English) lawyer, currently based in UAE.
You will be responsible for a broad range of activities including litigation, corporate matters and contract review.
Key requirements
- Provide strategic legal advice
- Work closely with the existing legal team on the legal aspects of all future acquisitions
- Prepare all legal documentation
- Contract review
- Anticipate legal risks and minimise company exposure
Essential Skills
- Must be 5+ PQE
- Must have significant M&A experience in the UAE
- Must have experience working in the corporate and commercial sector
- Must have excellent English written and communication skills
- Must be fully-bilingual in Arabic & English (including Arabic legal drafting)
- Ideally have worked in a privately owned family business
