The Department

The Finance and Investment Funds practice practice provides an international service to the investment industry in fund formation and marketing, tax, corporate law, M&A, company formations, regulation and compliance, derivatives, trading, finance, restructuring, litigation and employment law. The team advises on Retail Funds (including UCITS); regulated non-retail funds; private equity funds; closed-ended funds; real estate funds; infrastructure funds and Exchange traded funds.
