Legal Counsel - 12 Month FTC

Leading FMCG business is looking for a Legal Counsel to join the team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract to support their UK business units. This role is a newly created position to assist with an increase in workload.

Reporting to the Head of Legal you will cover a broad remit of responsibilities including:

- commercial contract drafting and negotiation including customer, supplier and marketing agreements

- supporting on corporate matters, M&A work and financing

- advising on IP, brand and GDPR

- company secretarial duties for the UK entities

- general legal advice and project work

You will be 3+ years PQE as a guide with relevant experience, preferably gained in-house in a similar role.

This organisation is based in NW London with free on-site parking.
