An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Recoveries paralegal to join an leading full service law firm based in Portsmouth.
You will manage your own caseload of debt recovery and return of goods cases. Full training will be given to you to assist you with managing your caseload, which will include issuing Court proceedings, negotiating with Defendants and obtaining and enforcing County Court Judgments.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop key skills in a friendly and engaging environment. The vacancy has arisen due to a number of paralegals progressing to training contracts.
You will either have gained experience as a Paralegal previously or be an LPC graduate.
