Legal Counsel
London (with flexibility to work 1 day a week from home)
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + Car allowance + up to 20% Bonus
An excellent opportunity for a IT / Commercial Lawyer to work on one of the largest technology infrastructure projects in Europe.
Reporting into the General Counsel and working closely with another Legal Counsel you support the business with high value, complex contractual arrangements with new and existing suppliers, assessing regulatory risks as well as providing general corporate and procurement advice.
Given the high value / high quality work on offer you will ideally be currently working in a Top 50 law firm or currently in-house with experience of negotiating large scale £multi million software, technology and commercial contracts.
