RTA Solicitor
We have a new instruction from a leading insurance firm based in the heart of Liverpool. The firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor or CILEX with experience handling personal injury RTA work to multi track level.
The Role
This opportunity would see you work in an established team handling fast and multi track defendant personal injury work. The firm is a top 50 firm with an outstanding reputation in the insurance field.
The successful Fee Earner will have a background in litigated Defendant Motor Claims as the majority of the work is litigated. However, candidates with a Claimant background are encouraged to apply.
You will be handling mostly Delegated Authority Fast Track Personal Injury claims, with some Non Delegated Authority Multi Track work up to the value of £50,000.
