We are currently looking for candidates with a strong interest in Banking and Finance and who will be qualifying as a solicitor in 2018.

Description
Key responsibilities you will come across:
- Drafting, reviewing and amending the legal documentation
- Advising clients regarding corporate and commercial issues
- Advising on acquisition and leveraged finance, asset finance, project finance and structured finance
- Advising on bank lending of all kinds
- Providing efficient professional support for partners
- Developing professional relationships with clients
- Supporting the wider team in developing business and raising the profile of the firm
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Top academics including a 2:1 at legal degree level or degree with completion of the LPC.
- Be qualifying as a solicitor in 2018.
- Have taken a seat in Banking and Finance during their training contract
- Have a strong interest and past experience with Banking and Finance
