Our client is looking to attract a solicitor of over 5yrs PQE to become an integral part of this highly regarded North East team. Due to expansion you will be expected to develop new streams of work and expand the portfolio of property work undertaken - all elements of property work dealt with including sales and purchases, leases, lease renewals and development sites etc. If you are looking to transfer your already honed skills to a more forward thinking firm - this is the role for you. Salary given as a guide only will be dependant on experience to date.
