Corporate/Commercial Associate

The leading provider of legal services to the health, social care and housing sectors is searching for a new corporate/commercial associate.

The role will involve undertaking a range of transactions for predominantly private sector clients including M&A, joint ventures, innovative financing models, the supply of devices and consumables and the supply of software, consultancy and data analysis services.

The ideal candidate will have a corporate or commercial background with experience of working with private sector clients. They must also have good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work within a team. Candidates will be considered from both city and regional law firms.
