Residential Conveyancer

Are you an experienced and passionate Residential Conveyancer who is seeking to take the next step in their career with a friendly but hard working law firm based in West Sussex? If so, we have the ideal opportunity for you.

The Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of Conveyancing matters including; Sales & Purchases, Equity Release, Remortgages, Residential Leases, Help to Buy, Joint Ownership and Exchange of Contracts.

The Residential Conveyancer will have a minimum of 3 Years experience and be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge. You will also be comfortable picking up a pre-existing caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters. Additionally, you will have good IT skills, be a confident communicator and commercially minded and able to identify cross selling opportunities.
