Commercial/IP Solicitor - Liverpool

Excellent opportunity for a commercial solicitor to join an international firm in their Liverpool city centre office.

The Role:
· Commercial Solicitor - 3 years plus
· Advising corporates, public bodies, third sector bodies, SME's and individuals of a wide range of commercial and intellectual property matters.
· IP advice, IP due diligence and general corporate support, commercialisation strategies, contracts including licensing, sponsorship agreements, royalty agreements, merchandising agreements, commercial agreements

Candidate Requirements:
