Residential Conveyancer

One of the UK's leading conveyancing companies are on the look out for an experienced residential conveyancer for their transaction team. The company have one of the best in-house L&D teams, providing you with first class training to further develop your knowledge and skills. They are also an active training firm providing you with brilliant career progression and development prospects.

You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions with some exposure to new build, unregistered and shared ownership files. To be considered for this role you should have at least 1 year's experience handling your own moderate to large caseload of residential transaction files. You will have a great support network from your team and manager thanks to the ethos that runs through the company.
