Corporate Paralegal - Dubai

My client is a world-renowned law firm with offices in the UK, Far East and Middle East. The firm has a solid headcount of over 800 employees across the globe and has the reputation of employing the highest quality of legal professionals. Due to the continuous growth and success of the firm an opportunity has presented itself for a Corporate Paralegal to join the team and make an impact in the region.

For this particular role you will be working with the Corporate department where you will carry out many duties such as advising on company liquidation; employment law, incorporation of entities, drafting memorandums, liaising with the notary public and many other similar duties. You will also assist the Real Estate and Private Client departments by liaising with clients, assisting complex due diligence exercises and be involved in marketing.

The ideal candidate must be fully fluent in both English and Arabic, have a background of working with an established law firm and be able to comfortably carry out the above mentioned tasks with minimum supervision. You will have an excellent academic background and be able to hit the ground running.
