A dominant national firm is looking to expand their Banking and Finance offering. The firm has ranked highly on the Legal 500 consistently. They now hope to recruit a high calibre Banking Associate into their Birmingham office.

The ideal candidate will have good commercial acumen and be knowledgeable in the Banking and Finance field. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the most sought after, technically challenging and high value matters within this market.

Your role will consist primarily of advising on an array of transactions, to include both corporate, acquisition and real estate finance. A strong background in matching appropriate forms of funding along with how they are regulated and operate over lengths of time is ideal. The clients you will be advising will typically be UK-based financial institutions to include all the main clearing banks, as well as large fund-based lenders.
