This top-tier national firm is currently looking to expand their Corporate offering in the Birmingham region. The practice has featured strongly in private equity and real estate deals over the last decade.

The successful Senior Corporate Associate will have the opportunity to join a firm where there is a lack of barriers between departments and hierarchy. You will be part of an efficient team, where support from secretaries and PA’s is plentiful and delegation of tasks is promoted.

The Corporate team at the firm is partner led and brings in high value and technically challenging work. You will be advising on both homeland and cross-border matters. The Corporate team has a client base consisting of a large range of institutions and management teams.
