A global organisation seeks to appoint a Legal Adviser c 5 + PQE with corporate and insurance experience to join a thriving, close knit in house legal function

THE ROLE

As a key member of an established team, the post holder will be expected to provide both legal and commercial support to both management and stakeholders on the following core work areas :-

Mergers & Acquisitions

Part VII transactions

Corporate Governance, Regulatory and Risk Management

Provision of advice to management with a view in developing open and transparent relationships with key stakeholders

consistent with the organisation's values

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this exciting role, applicants must able to demonstrate well developed technical and commercial skills.

Candidates will ideally have a solid track record, exceptionally strong communication skills with insurance industry experience.
