The corporate team, based in Manchester, work with household names and has recently acted for a number of recognised matters which have been mentioned in press. So the matters you will be working on as a Corporate Solicitor will be interesting and complex.

The firm provides clients with legal services nationally and it is due to constant expansion, they are now looking for a proactive Corporate Solicitor to join them. Not only are the firm made up of approachable and experienced professionals, they are committed to providing clients with the very best advice, and in turn, delivering a high quality service. This is also mirrored internally with the training and support provided.

The role of a Corporate Solicitor will involve a full range of interesting corporate work including Mergers and Acquisitions work, new investments and shareholder agreements. The candidate will be expected to develop effective, long-term relationships with their clients and have a strong interest in progressing their career as a Corporate Solicitor. This however, will come easy as Manchester is a busy hub for law in 2018.

It is desirable for the successful candidate to have had at least 2 years PQE or more, but not essential. The firm are seeking a motivated individual who is organised and wants to prove their ability in a challenging and rewarding environment.
