This National firm is currently looking to recruit a Corporate Associate into their growing corporate team.
Your clients will come from a variety of industries, to include: small enterprises and start-ups, through to sizeable private companies and PLC’s. You will be part of a team tackling a substantial amount of International work on matters such as M&As, private equity joint ventures, corporate finance and general advisory work.
The Corporate team at the firm has an increasing profile on the market and has recently taken on new clients in the global Pharmaceuticals industry, leading to a significant increase in its revenue and billing.
