Private Client Legal Executive

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Chartered Legal Executive to join a forward thinking Yorkshire firm. The firm we are working with are a modern Huddersfield based firm, who boast their own car park and excellent transport links. The main focus of the role would be providing an effective and efficient service to clients regarding Will preparation, Probate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. Working within a role where there are so many different areas, it is essential that you would keep up to date with changes in the law within Private Client.

The firm are looking to recruit a Chartered Legal Executive who has past experience of working within a Private Client role, who is capable of using a Case Management System. A friendly and outgoing individual would fit well within the Private Client team, as it is key that you are able to be sensitive with clients when liaising over the phone and face-to-face.
