Commercial Property Locum – South West
£35 to £50 per hour

Our client, a long-established and forward-thinking law firm in Dorset is seeking a Commercial Property Locum to join their reputable team to assist with a new large project, dealing with high net worth commercial property transactions. The assignment is due to commence from the 15th October and is likely to last for at least 6 weeks, with the possibility of extension.

The successful candidate will be required to assist with a heavy commercial property caseload. The work will involve particularly high-net-worth properties.

The ideal candidate will ideally have extensive prior experience overseeing a caseload of high-net-worth commercial property matters and transactions.

This well regarded firm, based in a picturesque location in the South West, are ideally seeking a full-time locum to assist, but are open to part-time or flexible working if required. Furthermore, dedicated secretarial support from an excellent and highly-experienced secretary is available full-time.

The rate of pay on offer is expected to be £35 to £50 per hour, depending on experience. If you are an exceptional candidate and require a higher rate, please do enquire.
