Residential Development Solicitor - In House

A market leading Property business, based in Birmingham, is looking for a commercially astute and confident Solicitor to join their In-house legal team. The role would suit someone with experience of acquisitions and sale documents and development agreements and is interested in working In-house. Salary is dependent on individual experience and candidates will also receive a generous performance based bonus and variety of other benefits.

This successful property business employs around 2000 people across the UK and is continuously expanding. As part of the wider In-house Legal team, you will sit within the acquisitions division and will work alongside a small team of lawyers and paralegals in providing advice on anything from option agreements, development agreements, and design and build agreements. Whilst you will have responsibility for your own region, the team works collaboratively and as such you will also be involved in coaching more junior members of the team and assisting with more complex projects.
