Associate General Counsel (10+ PQE) - 14678/TTL

This global company is seeking a Singapore-based Associate General Counsel with excellent business acumen and solid intellectual property experience to cover their worldwide operations. This is a true generalist role, handling a wide remit including operations, general corporate/commercial and litigation work with a focus on intellectual property issues. The incumbent needs to have Singaporean or Common Law qualification and proven experience in intellectual property and brand protection matters. Experience in trademark prosecution and copyright applications is a strong plus.  Bilingual candidates with strong communication and negotiation skills are preferred. Willingness to travel is a must.
