Banking and Finance Lawyer

A Banking and Finance Lawyer is sought to join a leading city firm in their Finance department immediately. The role is for a minimum of three months, with a chance of extension to a permanent position.

The position itself will include preparation of legal advice for both lenders and borrowers, so it is desirable that applicants have experience of both. Additionally, the role will involve real estate finance, corporate lending on both a national and international level, and acquisition finance at all stages – from structuring and term sheets to financial close. Experience of every individual facet of the above is not mandatory, but a combination of direct lender and borrower involvement and a willingness to learn and engage in new tasks would be ideal.

Due  to the nature of the role and the responsibilities involved you will be at least NQ level and upwards, be commercially astute on both a domestic and international level and possess a confident attitude to the firm’s positive ethos.
