MOJ Portal Fee Earner
Are you looking to take your Legal career to the next Level? If so, I am working with a multi-award-winning firm who is looking to expand its team of RTA MOJ Portal Fee Earners.
As an MOJ Portal Fee Earner, you will be responsible for:
- Handling your own caseload in a timely manner
- Preparing cases appropriately for litigation and any hearings
- Providing post settlement case steps, including the release of files to the enforcement team
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of drafting of legal documents, in particular, court documents, preparing schedules, creating files, proof reading and briefing counsel.
