A thriving, multi-office firm in Northamptonshire seeks an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. This role would be ideally suited to a Solicitor who is seeking high quality work and a good work life balance.

They are a friendly and accommodating firm which has gone from strength to strength in recent years having established a loyal and growing client base and receive regular instruction on high quality work. This opportunity will provide a clear and achievable route for progression with Partnership opportunities for those who demonstrate hard work and commitment to the firm.

The successful applicant will hit the ground running with a full and varied caseload to include freehold and leasehold property sales and acquisitions, new developments, agricultural property and lease instruction, extension and renewals.

To be considered for this position you must be a qualified and practising Solicitor with experience in handling a broad spectrum of commercial property transactions. You will be able to hit the ground running with an existing caseload as well as being confident and pro active in seeking and winning new business opportunities.

The salary on offer is dependent on experience and will be in the region of £50,000 to £60,000 plus bonus. Candidates with higher salary expectations are encouraged to apply and discuss their requirements as the firm promise to be competitive in order to attract the best talent.
