Integreon is a trusted provider of integrated legal, research and business support solutions to professionals, including law firms and corporate law departments, leading corporations, financial services organisations and professional services firms. They are hiring for a Fee Charger on behalf of their prestigious & leading legal client in London.

Key responsibilities of the Fee Charger include:

  • Process complex billing instructions on behalf of nominated clients and / or matters - ensuring compliance with client billing requirements.
  • Requesting, forwarding or printing proformas for Partner/fee earner, editing on request and processing where agreed.
  • Consistently deliver high quality services on time, with a focus on responsiveness, organisation, efficiency and helpfulness.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing ways to develop and deliver improvements to the service provided.

Core Fee Charger Position Expectations:

  • Dealing with complex client billing and reporting issues
  • Meet with Partners to understand and document billing requirements for specified clients or matters
  • Initiate the billing process as per the agreed timeframes by generating proformas on the pre-bill system
  • Review and amend the data in line with the client's billing requirements
  • Facilitate the preparation and generation of required reports, edit as appropriate and review for accuracy prior to forwarding to Partner/Fee Earner
  • Produce draft bills for Partner/Fee Earner review and approval
  • Facilitate the generation of the bills in the required format
  • Initiating ad-hoc billing guide requests as required and forwarding, printing, editing as requested
  • Liaising with the Working Capital Support team to assist in the resolution of queries
  • Preparation of narratives and breakdowns as required
  • Maintaining and updating project specific client spreadsheets for fee earners and Partners

  • Preferably some experience in a partnership or professional services environment with finance background.
  • Strong grounding in Word and Excel
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
