MOJ Portal Fee Earner

As an MOJ Portal Fee Earner, you will be responsible for:
- Managing your own case load in a timely manner
- Pro-actively progressing cases towards settlement
- Obtaining the clients’ Schedule of Loss and any evidence required to support a claim
- Securing interim payments and client agreements
- Chasing clients or suppliers when required
- Securing invoices from suppliers
- Preparing cases appropriately for litigation and any hearings
- Providing post settlement case steps, including the release of files to the enforcement team
