Junior Commercial Counsel

Your new role
Reporting into the Associate General Counsel, you will provide commercial legal advice across the business group. This will require you to work on the preparation and drafting of commercial agreements and legal documents; this will entail advising and reviewing confidentiality agreements, marketing agreements, terms and conditions and other commercial documents. You will also identify and manage risk working with internal stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified Solicitor and have a strong background of drafting and working with commercial contracts. You will be an enthusiastic individual, who is development driven and commercially astute. You will need good communication skills as you will work closely with clients, management and external regulators.
